What are your commission prices?

What is the max amount of people I can have in a portrait?

I prefer to keep it to a max of 5 figures in a portrait. Not including pets.

Do you offer physical copies of portraits or just digital downloads?

I only offer digital downloads at the moment to simplify my process and make it more affordable for buyers. In some occasions I can provide physical prints at an additional fee that covers the printing and shipping.

How long does a portrait usually take?

It depends on how complex the idea is including how many figures and how busy my schedule is. I aim for 2-4 weeks, but sometimes it will be a bit more or a bit less. If you have need of a rush order please let me know so we can adjust the fee and plan accordingly.

Will you draw NSFW images?

I will draw some soft NSFW images, however I am not interested in drawing anything more explicit at this time.

Do you take custom orders?

At this time I am unable to take custom orders outside of wedding/bridesmaid gift packages.

Are your posts nickel free?

Yes! Always.

What kind of clay do you use?

I love Sculpey Premo and Souffle.

What do you use for sanding?

Dremel mini is my go-to!

Where do you buy your supplies?

There’s this cool place called Google where you can find almost anything by typing in a little box!

Shipping FAQS

How long does it take to ship an item?

I ship all the majority of packages via Canada Post untracked letter mail usually within 3-5 business days depending on the season. I want you to get your goodies as fast as possible but I’m a one woman show and timelines can vary a little bit especially in busy seasons.

Do you ship internationally?

I do ship internationally, however it is more expensive. I can’t guarantee your package will arrive by a certain date. The estimate provided once an item ships is subject to many factors including the time of year, destination and more.

Are your products packaged sustainably?

I really do my best to reduce plastic packaging and re-use any packages I personally receive. My prints are all in compostable plastic. If your Yellow House package is in an Indigo box, don’t be surprised!

Do you know where my package is?

No.
However, if it has been an incredibly long time since it was shipped and the package is definitely lost please contact me.
