  • one rough, layout/design sketch.

  • one free edit/change at the sketch stage. Additional edits/changes are $25/hour.

What do you need to get started?

  • 3-5 reference photos that feature typical outfits/hairstyles etc.

  • 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your space via entransfer to hello@yellowhouse.ca

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Commissions and portraits are for personal use only. Unless otherwise specified and agreed upon, any form of commercialization is prohibited.

  2. Prices are subject to change depending on complexity of the artwork and/or rush orders.

  3. Payments are in CAD and must be paid in full prior to receiving final artwork. A low res. jpeg with a watermark will be delivered until payment in full is received.

  4. There will be no refunds or returns unless artwork is not delivered within 3 months time.

  5. There is to be no adjusting of artwork. For example, adding filters, removing signature, excessive cropping.

  6. I, Tracy Baker, retain the rights to all artwork. If interested, a contract for the rights may be drawn up for a fee and at my discretion.

  7. Commissions will be posted to my social media and website with your permission however, I can wait until a specific date if it is to be a gift.

  8. Yellow House will not be held liable for any personal injury incurred during the making of, delivery of or final product.
